Product Overview

An O-ring is a torus or circular shap mechanical seal. It is usually made of elastomer or rubber. It is created a secure seal by seating in a groove and compressed in two or more parts. It will privent the leakage of liquids or gases.

How It Work

Compression Sealing Stage
After installation inside the mounting groove, the O-ring undergoes controlled compression. The resulting elastic deformation delivers a primary static sealing effect.
Pressure-Assisted Sealing Stage
When system pressure rises, fluid force presses the O-ring firmly against the groove contact surface, further boosting sealing tightness and blocking medium leakage effectively.

Application

We supply O-rings crafted from adopted elastomer materials: NBR, Viton (FKM), Silicone and EPDM. These sealing rings feature strong universal adaptability and are sorted into static and dynamic types according to operating scenarios. Static O-rings serve fixed connections including pipe flanges and valve housings without relative part movement, while dynamic O-rings fit moving structures like reciprocating hydraulic pistons and rotary shafts. We match appropriate raw materials for each project based on onsite temperature, working pressure and chemical corrosion conditions.
