Project Design and Inspection

·All our designs strictly comply with prevailing industrial norms and unique on-site operating criteria, with core standards covering GB 150 Pressure Vessel Code and ASME specifications. During design development, we comprehensively evaluate critical parameters including the working medium’s corrosivity, operating temperature and pressure range, alongside process demands like mixing or thermal heating. Stainless steel grades 304 and 316L are selected in accordance with system pressure and medium properties; conventional pressure vessels adopt plate thicknesses ranging from 5 mm to 10 mm. We supply diversified structural configurations including vertical, horizontal and cylindrical tanks. Custom process configurations such as mixing assemblies and thermal jacket structures can be integrated per client requirements. Premium argon arc welding technology is applied throughout fabrication to guarantee structural robustness and superior anti-corrosion performance. Essential safety components are fully equipped, encompassing safety relief valves, pressure gauges, plus high-efficiency ventilation and drainage pipelines. Additional surface treatments including mechanical polishing and acid passivation further optimize surface smoothness and long-term corrosion resistance. Rigorous quality verification procedures are implemented for every unit, consisting of hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure tests and non-destructive testing like X-ray flaw detection to validate operational safety and structural stability. For tanks deployed within food and pharmaceutical production lines, all sanitation validation work adheres to GMP and FDA regulatory requirements.

Maintenance and Emergency Services

Connection & sealing: GB/T/ASME standard welding flanges, PTFE/rubber gaskets, shaft mechanical seals, DIN stainless steel fasteners. Functional parts: Viscosity-adapted ribbon/anchor/frame agitators, heating/cooling full/half-pipe jackets, heat insulation, CIP spray balls. Safety monitoring: Overpressure relief valves, pressure/temperature gauges, multi-type liquid level meters, optional explosion-proof fittings. Piping & valves: Matching stainless steel pipe fittings; ball, butterfly, globe and sanitary valves for different media. Automation set: Speed-adjustable motors & inverters, PLC automatic control, temperature/pressure/level sensors.
