Various stainless steel manholes are made of high-quality 304 and 316L stainless steel, manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T and HG/T industry standards, offering excellent sealing, corrosion resistance, and strong stability. The products are divided into three main series: atmospheric pressure, embedded, and sanitary, suitable for conventional working conditions, flammable and explosive special working conditions, and cleanroom conditions in the food and pharmaceutical industries, respectively, meeting the equipment matching and customization needs of different industries.

Features

The product boasts excellent craftsmanship and reliable quality. It is formed by CNC cutting and welding, resulting in a stable structure. It undergoes 100% airtightness testing before leaving the factory to ensure zero leakage. With special surface treatment, it is corrosion-resistant and has a long service life.
Each of the three series has its own advantages:
The atmospheric pressure manhole (HG/T21514-2014, DN400-DN600) is a quick-opening structure with stable sealing and convenient operation;
Embedded manholes (HG/T21515-2014) have flame-retardant breathing and explosion-proof properties, are suitable for flammable and explosive media, and support anti-static customization;
The sanitary manhole mirror is polished to ≤0.4μm, with no dead corners and quick-connection, meeting GMP cleanroom standards.
